Honey Ale ABV: 7.2 IBU: 30 The Bees Knees is brewed with a small amount of caramel malts for color and honey malt for flavor, along with just enough hops to balance out the sweetness of the honey that we add in the boil. We use 25 pounds of locally produced wild flower honey in every batch. It is smooth, sweet, and our most popular beer. American Amber Ale ABV: 6.8 IBU: 28 Our take on an American Amber Ale blends Pale, Crystal, Munich, and Chocolate malts to form a malt backbone that supports a hefty dose of Cascade and Columbus hops. It's malty, hoppy, and amazingly drinkable. Malt: 2 Row, Victory, Crystal, Chocolate, Pale Chocolate, Munich Hops: Cascade, Columbus Yeast: American Ale

American Pale Ale ABV: 6.5 IBU: 52 An American style Pale Ale, this beer isn't like its British sisters. It is bittered with Centennial hops early and a much heftier portion of Cascade, Columbus and Centennial hops late to add the citrusy flavor and aroma. We also use a clean fermenting yeast and let the gravity finish low to keep it dry, crisp, and leaving you wanting more. Oatmeal Stout ABV: 5.2 IBU: 34 This is a rich and complex beer. We use flaked oats and barley to add a certain "mouth-feel" to the beer, a well a dark crystal malts for some residual sweetness and body. This beer is dark but it's also very approachable for all beer fans. It has flavors of coffee, toffee, and caramel. It's roasty and toasty. Don't be scared! Just try some! Marzen Style Lager ABV: 6% IBU: 25 An elegant, malty German style amber lager with a clean, rich, toasty and bready malt flavor, restrained bitterness, and a dry finish that encourages another drink. The overall malt impression is soft, elegant, and complex, with a rich aftertaste that is never cloying or heavy. Malt: Munich, Crystal 60, Flaked Barley Hops: Tettnang

Fest Bier ABV: 5.5% IBU: 25 This fine lager answers the question, "What would happen if we took a really solid Fest Bier malt bill but hopped it like a German Style Pilsner?" The answer is "Pretty Phenomenal!" Deep gold in color with a nice bright cap of white foam; it is a thing of beauty. Bring it closer, and you will get a big, bright whiff of mild citrus and a nice kick of herbal spiciness. Mildly bitter with a snappy dry finish. It is rather light in body and extremely drinkable. Saison ABV: 9% IBU: 22 Saison is a style of beer that comes from Wallonia, the French-speaking part of Belgium. Saison is brewed in the springtime to last the farm workers through the hot summer months. It is a great summertime thirst quencher. This beer has a great combination of fruity and spicy flavors. Malt: Pilsner, Vienna, Wheat, Flaked Oats and Wheat Hops: CTZ and Mt. Hood Yeast: Farmhouse Vibes ABV: 9% IBU: 22

New England Style India Pale Ale (Seasonal) ABV: 6.5% IBU: 35 Our friends from The Quarter Barrel Arcade and Brewery came over, and we brewed a super special IPA!
