American Wheat Ale ABV: 5 IBU: 13 This incredibly drinkable ale is made with malted wheat and finished with Columbus hops. Honey Ale ABV: 7.2 IBU: 30 The Bees Knees is brewed with a small amount of caramel malts for color and honey malt for flavor, along with just enough hops to balance out the sweetness of the honey that we add in the boil. We use 25 pounds of locally produced wild flower honey in every batch. It is smooth, sweet, and our most popular beer. American Amber Ale ABV: 6.8 IBU: 28 Our take on an American Amber Ale blends Pale, Crystal, Munich, and Chocolate malts to form a malt backbone that supports a hefty dose of Cascade and Columbus hops. It's malty, hoppy, and amazingly drinkable. Malt: 2 Row, Victory, Crystal, Chocolate, Pale Chocolate, Munich Hops: Cascade, Columbus Yeast: American Ale

American Pale Ale ABV: 6.5 IBU: 52 An American style Pale Ale, this beer isn't like its British sisters. It is bittered with Centennial hops early and a much heftier portion of Cascade, Columbus and Centennial hops late to add the citrusy flavor and aroma. We also use a clean fermenting yeast and let the gravity finish low to keep it dry, crisp, and leaving you wanting more. Oatmeal Stout ABV: 5.2 IBU: 34 This is a rich and complex beer. We use flaked oats and barley to add a certain "mouth-feel" to the beer, a well a dark crystal malts for some residual sweetness and body. This beer is dark but it's also very approachable for all beer fans. It has flavors of coffee, toffee, and caramel. It's roasty and toasty. Don't be scared! Just try some! Brown Ale ABV: 5.5 IBU: 24 Brown ales are characterized by their brown color of course, but also a medium body and dry finish. They tend to have a slight roasted malt character and some nuttiness. Our version would probably be considered a Northern English Brown Ale because of its slight crispness that comes from the hops and some darker roaster malts. We also used an authentic London Ale yeast that contributes some fruity-ester as well. It's crisp and low in alcohol. Perfect for enjoying several while watching your favorite team!

Hazy India Pale Ale ABV: 30 IBU: 6.6% Full of juicy fruit flavors like like mango, guava, and grapefruit, this full-bodied IPA has lower bitterness and easy drinkability. Malt: Oat, Pale, Red Wheat, Munich, and Flaked Oats. Whirlpool Hops: Citra and Mosaic Dry Hops: Centennial, Citra, and Mosaic

Fruited Sour Ale with Peach ABV: 4.8% IBU: 2 Fruited Sour Ale infused with a whole lotta peach puree. Malts: Pale, Red Wheat, and Flaked Wheat Hop Varietals: CTZ

Irish Ale ABV: 5%, IBU: 24 This is an annual beer that we bring out every year before St. Paddy's Day. It is similar in color to the Red Rocket Amber Ale but has some very different flavor and aroma characteristics. It has a creamier mouthfeel, and a little more body. Every ingredient we used comes from the U.K. to give it as authentic a flavor and aroma as we could. The ocmbination of European base malts, European hops, and English Ale yeast give this beer its fruity and caramel-like flavor. Drinking Lager ABV: 4.8% IBU: 20 With spring right around the corner, it's time for a good ole Euro-style drinking lager. It pours a hazy golden color with a strong head of white foam. The flavor profile is crisp, assertive, and dry, with notes of bright citrus, warm spices, and fresh herbs, along with a light, doughy, malt character.
